There is the possibility of partial lease from one office to an entire floor or multiple floors. If the lessee takes the entire floor, the additional square footage of the hallway is also calculated, which is included in the total lease area.
Additional option – renovation on a “turnkey” basis:
At the request of the lessee, there is the possibility of complete renovation of the space on a “turnkey” basis, in accordance with specific needs. Our team includes an architect who can prepare a proposal for an interior solution. In this case, the rental price would be correspondingly higher, depending on the scope of work and agreed specifications.
The service charge includes costs for:
· technical maintenance of the building and installations,
· cleaning and hygiene of common areas,
· security and reception,
· consumption of common utility services (electricity for common parts, water),
· building management and regular service services.
Parking:
possibility of monthly lease:
– 400 EUR for open parking monthly
– 500 EUR for covered parking monthly
