Our team also includes an architect who can prepare a proposed interior design solution. In this case, the rental price would be correspondingly higher, depending on the scope of works and the agreed specifications.
**Service charge includes the following costs:**
* technical maintenance of the building and installations,
* cleaning and hygiene of common areas,
* security and reception services,
* consumption of shared utilities (electricity for common areas, water),
* property management and regular maintenance services.
